Middle School and High School
In anticipation of Thanksgiving middle and high school students were invited this week to pause for a moment to consider what they are grateful for. Each member of our community was given a pine cone and a piece of paper in the shape of a leaf on which to note their blessings.
(These were hung from the staircase in middle school.) Family and friends were the most frequent replies, but the exercise in gratitude made us all realize how fortunate we are.
